Curious about ongoing impact assessments in microinsurance?  Check out the Stocktaking Initiative website launched by the Impact Working Group of the Microinsurance Network.  The website tracks ongoing impact assessments of microinsurance.  The current list includes 23 ongoing projects, including four studies run by FAI Directors.

The Impact Working Group, of which FAI is a member, is also in the process of compiling a 'Practical Guide to Impact Assessment of Microinsurance.'  The publication intends to be a one-stop guide on how to design, execute, and analyze microinsurance impact assessments.  The guide will be written for a target audience of practitioners, insurers, technical service providers, and students interested in the practical and technical issues linked to microinsurance impact assessments.
