First Macro Bank's mission is to be able to make a difference trough quality customer care by actively participating in the nation building and uplifting people's lives. Aside from different type of savings and loan products, the bank is also involved in doing community service such as health missions. Currently, FMB has nine branches and one satellite office in the provinces of Cavite, Laguna, Rizal and Metro Manila area. For four consecutive years since 2003, FMB has been awarded by the Development Bank of the Philippines as the Most Outstanding Participating Financial Institution Industrial Guarantee and Loan Fund for Rural Bank Category.
